We want you to love your experience shopping with Blue Rose! 

If an item is defective or incomplete, please contact us at bluerose@bluerose.co for a replacement. 

However, we will not replace products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use.

All order cancellations must be done before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Blue Rose Beauty Co. reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
