Meal Prepping: I lost 15 kilos doing this (seriously)

I’ve never really meal prepped before so this is my first attempt. I lost 15 kilos last year and it wasn’t easy. The first 5 kilos, however, fell off me and I have my healthy dinners to thank. My dinners usually consisted of eating Vegetables, Potato & Tomato soup . Here’s hoping I can lose 10 more!

  1. Hey, that’s pretty cool!

    I’ve always wanted to meal prep, but it seems like it can be an issue with having an inconsistent schedule. I have read about people doing it on Sunday for a few hours, or something like that.

    How difficult did you find this to be? What is your schedule like?

    I am working on improving myself with the use of my own blog, and I would love to learn more about meal prep as a tool to help me achieve my goals. I wrote an article a few days ago about how time can get away from people with busy lives, I would love for you to check it out if you have a quick second and give me some feedback, and I would love to know how you would try and fit meal prepping into someone with a lot going on.

    1. Well all I did was cook the mash potato. The vegetables I found in the frozen food section at the supermarket. The potato only took about half and hour to make so if you have a busy lifestyle I recommend finding convenient & timely ways to make your healthy meals. I watched a Ted Talk about how the key to being productive is by getting up at 4:00 in the morning. It’s difficult but you can accomplish so much in those 2 extra hours before you have to leave for work.
